The Journal of English Language Teaching and Linguistics welcomes original scholarly contributions in English language teaching, language learning, linguistics, literature, and translation. Manuscripts must address a clearly defined issue, demonstrate scholarly significance, and fall within the journal’s focus and scope.
Original Research Articles
Original research articles present previously unpublished findings that contribute to knowledge, theory, or practice. Submissions may employ qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods approaches, including experimental research, surveys, case studies, classroom action research, ethnography, corpus-based investigations, discourse analysis, and translation studies.
Each manuscript should establish a clear research problem and gap, engage critically with relevant literature, explain the research methodology, and present findings supported by appropriate evidence. The discussion should explain how the findings relate to existing scholarship and identify their implications.
The recommended structure includes an Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Authors should address relevant ethical considerations, research limitations, and recommendations. Section headings may be adapted to the research approach while maintaining methodological transparency and a coherent argument.
